Attachhub Academy, located at 94-5, Mansu 4(sa)-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, Korea, acts as the data controller for site analytics, lead forms, and cohort administration. Contact: hello@attachhub.digital.

We process identifiers (name, email, company), technical logs (IP, device, browser), learning activity metadata (progress flags, attendance), and payment references processed by our payment partners when applicable.

Data is used to deliver programs, respond to inquiries, secure accounts, improve materials, and meet accounting obligations. Marketing messages are sent only with consent where required.

Processing rests on contract performance, legitimate interests in securing services, consent for optional analytics/marketing where applicable, and legal obligations for invoicing and tax records.

Lead data is retained for 24 months unless deleted earlier. Cohort records follow statutory accounting periods (up to five years for billing artifacts). Analytics logs rotate after 13 months unless law requires longer storage.

We use vetted processors for email delivery, video hosting, analytics (when consented), and cloud storage. Processors may operate outside Korea; transfers use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

When data is stored in the EU or US regions, we rely on adequacy decisions, SCCs, or supplementary measures described in our processor register available upon request.

We apply role-based access, MFA for staff, encrypted transport, and least-privilege keys. No method is perfectly secure; you should use strong passwords and report suspected incidents promptly.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Korean residents may contact us or escalate to competent authorities if unresolved.

Services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a minor submitted data, contact us for deletion.

Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Significant changes affecting cohort participants will also be emailed to the address on file.
