1. Agreement
These General Terms govern access to Attachhub Academy websites, learning portals, and related materials operated from Incheon, Korea. By using the services you confirm that you act on behalf of a business or as an individual learner aged 18 or older.
2. Services
We provide cohort-based training, self-paced modules, downloadable templates, and advisory workshops focused on operational marketing topics. Deliverables are educational; they do not constitute regulated advice, legal counsel, or platform certification.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must supply accurate registration details. Seats are limited per cohort to preserve mentor ratios. We may refuse registration when capacity is reached or when a cohort is not suited to your stated objectives.
4. Intellectual property
All curricula, recordings where permitted, slide decks, and templates remain Attachhub Academy property unless a separate license is signed. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or remove attribution notices from materials.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt learning systems, scrape mentor directories, upload malware, or misuse shared drives. Violations may result in removal without refund except where mandatory consumer laws apply.
6. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Attachhub Academy is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or platform policy changes that occur after enrollment. Direct damages are capped at the fees paid for the affected cohort unless statute forbids such caps.
7. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Incheon, Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
8. Termination and changes
We may update these terms with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for breach; refunds follow the Money-Back Policy where applicable.
