Money-Back Policy

Purchasers of paid cohorts or self-paced bundles may request a refund within 14 days of payment provided no more than 20% of downloadable assets have been accessed and no live clinic has been attended.

Full refunds apply when requests arrive within 14 days, access thresholds are met, and the cohort has not started. Korean consumer statutes granting broader rights take precedence where applicable.

If more than 20% of materials are accessed but the cohort is still pre-start, we may offer partial credit toward a future cohort instead of cash refunds, unless law requires cash.

Custom advisory statements, rush scheduling fees, and third-party certification exam vouchers are non-refundable once issued.

Email hello@attachhub.digital with your order reference, reason, and proof of purchase. We respond within five business days with a decision and timeline.

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method. Card networks may add additional settlement days.

If Attachhub Academy cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer. Force majeure, platform outages, or government restrictions may delay sessions without automatic refunds; we will offer rescheduling first.
